  1. Manage all aspects of the tender process, from initial request to final submission, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure successful tender and contract management.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of tender requirements and develop appropriate strategies to maximize success.
  4. Facilitate communication and coordination between internal teams, such as sales, legal, and finance, to ensure timely and accurate submission of tenders.
  5. Negotiate contract terms and conditions with customers and suppliers, ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
  6. Monitor and track all active tenders and contracts, providing regular updates and reports to management.
  7. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to tender and contract management.
  8. Maintain accurate and organized records of all tender and contract documents and correspondence.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to tender and contract management, and make recommendations for process improvements.
  10. Collaborate with other members of the team to share best practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  11. Ensure all tender and contract activities are conducted in an ethical and compliant manner.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, promoting our brand and building relationships with potential customers and partners.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Contract Management, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Tender And Contract Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Or Life Sciences Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Italian Procurement Laws, Regulations, And Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With Fluency In Italian And English.

  • Experience In Managing Multiple Projects And Deadlines, With A High Attention To Detail And Accuracy.
