  1. Lead and manage the Management Audit team at The Walt Disney Company.
  2. Develop and implement audit plans to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of operations.
  3. Conduct comprehensive audits of various departments and processes within the company.
  4. Analyze audit findings and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Management Audit Or Related Field, With At Least 5 Years In A Senior Management Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Audit Processes, Procedures, And Standards, As Well As Experience In Developing And Implementing Audit Programs.

  • Proven Track Record In Conducting Complex Audits, Identifying Risks And Controls, And Making Sound Recommendations For Improvement.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Lead A Team Of Auditors And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field, With Cpa Or Cia Certification Preferred.
