As the Senior Front Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable and magical experiences for our guests at the front desk.   1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the front desk, ensuring smooth and efficient processes for check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries.
  2. Train, mentor, and lead a team of front desk staff to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the company's high standards.
  3. Maintain an inviting and welcoming atmosphere at the front desk, creating a magical experience for guests as soon as they enter the building.
  4. Keep up-to-date with all Disney products, services, and events to effectively communicate and promote them to guests.
  5. Handle escalated guest concerns and find solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
  6. Monitor and manage the front desk budget, including expenses for supplies, equipment, and staffing.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience and resolve any cross-departmental issues.
  8. Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and increase efficiency at the front desk.
  9. Conduct regular performance evaluations for front desk staff and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
  10. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve front desk operations and guest experience.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  12. Represent The Walt Disney Company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within The Hospitality Industry, Preferably Within A Large, International Company Like The Walt Disney Company.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Front Office Operations, Including Reservations, Check-In/Check-Out Procedures, Guest Services, And Revenue Management.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Guests, Team Members, And Senior Management.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Large Team And Achieving High Levels Of Guest Satisfaction.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or A Related Field, Or Equivalent Combination Of Education And Experience. Additional Certifications, Such As Certified Front Desk Manager (Cfdm) Or Certified Hotel Administrator (Cha), Are A Plus.
