
Manager, Talent Audit

The Manager, Talent Audit will be responsible for managing audits and assessments of talent-related processes and activities, ensuring that audit plans are properly executed, and that audit issues are appropriately addressed.The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, as well as a minimum of five years of experience in internal audit or a related field. Knowledge of accounting principles, internal control frameworks, and industry best practices is essential, as is strong business acumen and the ability to think strategically. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are also key. Responsibilities:
- Manage audits and assessments of talent-related processes and activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and execute audit plans and ensure audit issues are appropriately addressed.
- Analyze internal control frameworks and industry best practices and make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles.
- Identify and investigate any potential fraud or misappropriation of funds.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance audit effectiveness.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure audit objectives are met.
- Prepare reports on audit findings and present to senior management.
- Monitor changes in regulations and laws that may impact audit processes.
- Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism.
