Job Description

The Walt Disney Company is looking for a talented and experienced Manager, Talent Audit to join our team and help ensure the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.In this role, the ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor in the areas of internal audit, investigative support, and process improvement. The Manager, Talent Audit will be responsible for managing audits and assessments of talent-related processes and activities, ensuring that audit plans are properly executed, and that audit issues are appropriately addressed.The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, as well as a minimum of five years of experience in internal audit or a related field. Knowledge of accounting principles, internal control frameworks, and industry best practices is essential, as is strong business acumen and the ability to think strategically. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are also key. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage audits and assessments of talent-related processes and activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  2. Develop and execute audit plans and ensure audit issues are appropriately addressed.
  3. Analyze internal control frameworks and industry best practices and make recommendations for improvement.
  4. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles.
  5. Identify and investigate any potential fraud or misappropriation of funds.
  6. Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance audit effectiveness.
  7. Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure audit objectives are met.
  8. Prepare reports on audit findings and present to senior management.
  9. Monitor changes in regulations and laws that may impact audit processes.
  10. Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism.
