  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business goals and objectives of The Walt Disney Company.
  2. Act as a strategic partner to business leaders and provide guidance on HR matters, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees.
  4. Provide coaching and support to leaders on people management, including identifying and addressing performance issues and creating development plans for high potential employees.
  5. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure consistent and effective implementation of company-wide HR policies and procedures.
  6. Lead and manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and succession planning.
  7. Partner with the learning and development team to identify training and development needs and facilitate the delivery of programs.
  8. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and creating an environment where all employees feel valued and supported.
  9. Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  10. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  11. Manage and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
  12. Collaborate with other HR functions, such as compensation and benefits, to ensure a seamless and comprehensive approach to HR services.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for The Walt Disney Company and promote the company's values and culture.
  14. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior leadership.
  15. Ensure the HR team provides exceptional customer service and support to all employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr, Preferably In A Business Partner Or Managerial Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Proven Leadership And Team Management Experience, With The Ability To Effectively Coach And Develop Team Members.
