
Sr. Director, CTV Inventory Development
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sr. Director, CTV Inventory Development to join The Trade Desk team. In this role, you will own the strategy and development of our Connected TV (CTV) inventory across both our supply-side and demand-side platforms, ensuring our clients have access to the highest quality, most innovative inventory for their campaigns. To be successful in this role, you'll need to have an entrepreneurial mindset and be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years of digital media experience, with a deep knowledge of the CTV and ad-tech industry. You must also possess strong leadership skills, and have experience managing teams and developing products from scratch. You must be able to think strategically, while also being able to execute tactically. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to increase CTV inventory across The Trade Desk’s supply-side and demand-side platforms.
- Lead and manage a team of product development specialists, ensuring timely development and delivery of CTV inventory.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitive offerings to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry players, including media owners and content providers, to stay ahead of the curve on CTV inventory.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and sales, to ensure successful product launches and efficient product delivery.
- Analyze performance data to identify areas of improvement and ensure the highest quality CTV experience for clients.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technological developments in the CTV and ad-tech industries, and develop plans to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement CTV-related initiatives.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, helping them to reach their potential.
