Floor Supervisor

The North Face is looking for a dynamic and experienced Floor Supervisor to join our team! The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic team player with strong customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Our ideal Floor Supervisor will have the ability to lead and motivate retail staff, ensuring high customer service standards, and maximizing sales.To be considered for this role, applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of retail experience, as well as a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous supervisory experience is preferred. Responsibilities:

1. Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to ensure high customer service standards and maximize sales.
2. Monitor and evaluate retail staff performance and provide feedback and guidance to ensure goals are met.
3. Supervise and coordinate store activities to maximize customer satisfaction and store profitability.
4. Develop and implement store policies and procedures to ensure efficient store operations.
5. Ensure that store shelves are properly stocked and merchandised to promote sales.
6. Train and develop retail staff to increase sales and customer service capabilities.
7. Address customer complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner.
8. Ensure that the store is clean, organized and presentable at all times.
9. Monitor store expenses and suggest cost-cutting measures.
10. Maintain updated knowledge of store products and services.
