Job Description

The role looks externally at the future workplace skill requirements and help inform the wider team on what capabilities will be needed for the future helping to integrate our approach to leadership, enterprise and functional capabilities. Define learning evaluation methodology and ensure this is executed via Platform services. Work with Practice leads for continuous improvement – using insights for learning evaluation to improve learning offers. Define strategy for needs identification working to operationalize with PS through Learning operations and Listening. Build external networks with partner organization to provide view of future skills requirements and gaps. Works with internal capability stakeholders to define their approach to defining capability needs and gaps. Responsible for bringing the outside in and helping to inform and educate leaders at KO on the future of learning and skill requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • 2+ years customer service or contact center experience with great communication and people skills

  • 5 – 8 years in learning / capability roles / human capital consulting with general experience to how learning is delivered and measured.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience gained in needs analysis, impact assessment and future skill requirements.

  • Background in organizational development / organizational psychology.

  • Highly competent using needs analysis tools / techniques, behavioral, technical competency profiles
