- Lead a team of auditors in conducting IT audits to identify and mitigate potential cyber risks.
- Develop and implement IT audit plans, ensuring thorough and efficient execution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to IT audit and cybersecurity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, risk management, and compliance, to identify and address cybersecurity vulnerabilities.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management, including potential areas for improvement and risk mitigation strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external auditors.
- Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and track progress towards remediation.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of IT audits.
- Lead special projects and initiatives related to cybersecurity and IT audit as assigned.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
At Least 10 Years Of Experience In It Audit And Cybersecurity, With A Strong Understanding Of Industry Best Practices And Regulations.
Proven Leadership Experience In Managing Large-Scale It Audit Projects, Including Budgeting, Resource Allocation, And Stakeholder Communication.
Expert Knowledge Of Cybersecurity Risks And Controls, As Well As Experience In Developing And Implementing Risk-Based It Audit Plans.
Professional Certifications Such As Certified Information Systems Auditor (Cisa), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (Cissp), Or Certified Information Security Manager (Cism) Preferred.
