  1. Develop and implement an overall information security strategy for the organization.
  2. Stay up-to-date on the latest cyber threats and security trends, and make recommendations for improvements to the organization's security posture.
  3. Ensure compliance with all relevant information security regulations and standards.
  4. Lead and manage a team of information security professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  5. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of security controls and protocols to protect the organization's information assets.
  6. Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify potential security gaps and develop mitigation plans.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into business processes and systems.
  8. Manage relationships with external security partners and vendors.
  9. Develop and maintain incident response plans and lead response efforts in the event of a security breach.
  10. Communicate effectively with senior leadership to provide updates on the organization's security posture and make recommendations for improvements.
  11. Keep track of security incidents, conduct post-incident analyses, and identify areas for improvement.
  12. Train employees on information security policies, procedures, and best practices.
  13. Continuously monitor and audit the effectiveness of security controls and make necessary adjustments.
  14. Contribute to the development and maintenance of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  15. Serve as a subject matter expert on information security matters and represent the organization in external forums and conferences.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Information Security, Preferably Within The Financial Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices For Information Security.

  • Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
