Guest Engagement Internship

Provide excellent customer service to all guests. Promote a personalized and dynamic guest experience by engaging with guests throughout their visit to ensure customer retention. Evaluate guest experiences by observing guest behavior, and collecting guest feedback. Provide support to staff during scheduled public programming. Assist with Exclusive Encounter programs, host private animal interactions as requested, and proactively offer unique public interactions using select animal ambassadors and bio-facts. Assist in the marketing of Exclusive Encounter tours, and solicit on-site sale of these tours by actively connecting guests with the appropriate resources. Revise public program and exclusive encounter scripts to maximize guest engagement, entertainment, and education. Explore new ways to engage guests and expand the guest experience. Provide an audit of guest engagement opportunities, and a list of initiatives that would heighten the guest experience.
