  1. Oversee the management of liability auto bodily injury claims for Tesla's electric vehicles.
  2. Ensure the safety of all individuals involved in accidents with Tesla vehicles.
  3. Lead a team of claims adjusters and provide guidance and support.
  4. Monitor and optimize the handling of liability claims to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  5. Develop and implement strategies for minimizing liability and mitigating risk.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as legal and finance, to gather necessary information and make informed decisions.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to liability claims.
  8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to team members.
  9. Communicate with customers, attorneys, and insurance representatives to resolve claims in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Maintain detailed records and documentation of all claims and related activities.
  11. Represent Tesla in negotiations and settlements with claimants.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards.
  13. Participate in hiring and onboarding new team members.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  16. Meet departmental and company goals and objectives.
  17. Handle any escalated or complex claims as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Handling Liability Auto Bodily Injury Claims, Preferably In A Supervisory Role.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of State-Specific Laws And Regulations Related To Auto Liability And Bodily Injury Claims.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Mentor A Team Of Claims Adjusters.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Or Equivalent Experience In The Insurance Industry.
