  1. Oversee and manage the material damage claims process for Tesla vehicles.
  2. Train, mentor, and supervise a team of claims specialists to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the claims process.
  4. Collaborate with other departments, such as legal and engineering, to resolve complex claims issues.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the claims process.
  6. Review and approve claim settlements within specified authority limits.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
  8. Monitor and analyze claims data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements.
  9. Act as a point of contact for escalated customer inquiries and complaints related to material damage claims.
  10. Conduct performance evaluations for team members and provide coaching and feedback for professional development.
  11. Collaborate with insurance partners to ensure timely and accurate handling of claims.
  12. Maintain accurate records and documentation of claims and related activities.
  13. Participate in company initiatives and projects related to material damage claims.
  14. Represent Tesla in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Material Damage Claims: A Claims Supervisor At Tesla Should Have A Strong Background In Handling Material Damage Claims. This Includes Experience In Assessing Damage, Reviewing Insurance Policies, And Negotiating Settlements.

  • Knowledge Of Automotive Industry: Since Tesla Is A Leading Automotive Company, It Is Important For The Claims Supervisor To Have A Deep Understanding Of The Industry And Its Processes.
