- Develop and implement additive manufacturing processes for die cast machines in the Die Shop team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize additive manufacturing solutions for die casting.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in additive manufacturing technology.
- Analyze data and provide insights to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of additive manufacturing processes.
- Ensure quality standards are met and maintained throughout the additive manufacturing process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during additive manufacturing operations.
- Create and maintain documentation for additive manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to source materials and equipment for additive manufacturing.
- Train and mentor team members on additive manufacturing techniques and best practices.
- Continuously improve and optimize additive manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Stay informed on industry regulations and standards related to additive manufacturing and ensure compliance.
- Contribute to the development of new designs and products using additive manufacturing techniques.

Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience Working With Additive Manufacturing Processes And Equipment.
Strong Knowledge Of Cad Software And Experience With 3D Printing Software.
Familiarity With Die Design And Production Processes.
Ability To Troubleshoot And Problem Solve In A Fast-Paced Manufacturing Environment.
