Recruiter, Global Distribution

Partners with mid to senior level hiring managers to establish specific recruitment plans for open positions, consulting with them on the justification and cost of adding/replacing positions. Independently sources and screens/interviews strategically important internal and external applicants and advises mid to senior level hiring managers on hiring decisions. Anticipates personnel needs in advance of their occurrence. Manages complex recruitment activity, and approaches sourcing process creatively using innovative techniques. Independently manages applicant flow from beginning of process (open requisition) to end (hire chosen applicant and reject all others), communicating with managers, HR Business Partners and candidates/applicants throughout the process. Facilitates internal mobility on specific hiring efforts. Acts as a liaison with search firms for all search firm activity.
