Required Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience • Familiarity with mobile technology products and services • Ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Self-motivated with a drive to exceed customer expectations • Must be flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
