In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of consumer insights strategies to drive growth and innovation in our marketing efforts.   1. Develop and execute consumer insights strategies to support and enhance T-Mobile's marketing efforts.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions and design research studies to address them.
  3. Conduct in-depth analysis of market research data and present actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
  4. Monitor industry trends and consumer behavior to identify potential opportunities and threats to the T-Mobile brand.
  5. Utilize a variety of research methods, including surveys, focus groups, and data analysis, to gather consumer insights.
  6. Act as a strategic advisor to the marketing team, providing valuable insights that will shape marketing campaigns and drive business growth.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external research partners to ensure the availability of relevant and timely consumer insights.
  8. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement innovative and data-driven marketing strategies.
  9. Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify areas for improvement and differentiation in the marketplace.
  10. Continuously monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making recommendations for optimization as needed.
  11. Stay up-to-date with the latest market research and consumer behavior trends to inform T-Mobile's marketing strategies.
  12. Mentor and train junior team members on market research best practices and techniques.
  13. Represent T-Mobile at industry events and conferences, showcasing our brand and thought leadership in consumer insights.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Market Research, Consumer Insights, Or Related Field

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Market Research Methodologies And Tools, Including Surveys, Focus Groups, And Data Analysis

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Data To Identify Key Insights And Trends

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Insights To Both Internal And External Stakeholders.
