ISO Risk Analyst
Analyzes a variety of reports to identify potential issues and communicates findings to management. Utilizes proprietary fraud and risk systems to analyze credit card transactions of ISO merchants. Reviews reports to ensure there are no High Risk merchants that should be registered with the Networks. Works with the partner to ensure registration compliance. Researches ISO actions to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures. Documents issues, concerns and exceptions. Conducts wild card searches to review merchant accounts for related owner, addresses, phone numbers and tax ID numbers, and to review complaint boards concerning merchant accounts and merchant owners. Reviews sales, credit and chargeback volume reports to identifies merchants with significant increases.
