  1. Conduct regular audits of contracts and programs to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Identify potential compliance issues and recommend corrective actions to address them.
  3. Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures and ensure their implementation throughout the organization.
  4. Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations and communicate any updates or changes to relevant stakeholders.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and teams to promote a culture of compliance and integrity within the organization.
  6. Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on compliance policies and procedures.
  7. Investigate any reported compliance violations and take appropriate action, including reporting to regulatory bodies if necessary.
  8. Maintain accurate and organized records of compliance activities and findings.
  9. Participate in internal and external audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
  10. Communicate regularly with management and provide updates on compliance activities and any identified issues.
  11. Serve as a knowledgeable resource and point of contact for compliance-related inquiries from employees or external parties.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve compliance processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Uphold ethical standards and promote a strong ethical culture within the organization.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to professional development and staying current with compliance best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Compliance Auditing, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Federal And State Healthcare Regulations, Such As Hipaa, Medicare, And Medicaid.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Identify And Evaluate Potential Compliance Risks.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Findings And Recommendations To Various Stakeholders.
