
Director, Global Equity, Inclusion and Diversity (EI&D)
Stuart Weitzman is seeking a passionate and experienced Director, Global Equity, Inclusion and Diversity (EI&D) to join our leadership team. The Director of EI&D will drive company-wide actions and initiatives that foster an equitable, inclusive, and diverse workplace and culture. We’re looking for a professional who can build trust and relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally, while developing and implementing meaningful strategies to ensure that Stuart Weitzman is a leader in the areas of diversity, equity, and inclusion. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in this area, including expertise in organizational change and management. They must possess excellent communication, collaboration, problem solving, and critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to think strategically, act tactically and manage competing priorities. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will bring a sense of passion and urgency to the role and be a champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure that Stuart Weitzman is a leader in diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Build trust and relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Facilitate company-wide initiatives and actions that foster an equitable, inclusive, and diverse workplace and culture
- Develop organizational change and management plans
- Possess excellent communication, collaboration, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
- Think strategically, act tactically, and manage competing priorities
- Be a champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of the organization
