  1. Plan and execute impactful meetings and events that align with Stryker's mission and goals.
  2. Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand the objectives of each event and develop strategies to achieve them.
  3. Develop event timelines, budgets, and project plans, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  4. Source and manage event vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
  5. Coordinate all event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, audio-visual needs, and accommodations.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event branding and messaging.
  7. Create and manage event registration processes, including attendee communication and tracking.
  8. Provide on-site event management, including overseeing set-up, registration, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
  9. Develop post-event evaluation metrics and analyze data to measure the success of each event.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event planning strategies.
  11. Mentor and guide junior event planning team members.
  12. Maintain strong relationships with event partners and vendors.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, during all event planning and execution.
  14. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure alignment and success of events.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline event processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Event Planning And Coordination, Preferably In The Medical Industry.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Juggle Multiple Events And Tasks Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Abilities, With The Confidence To Interact With High-Level Clients And Stakeholders.

  • Proven Experience In Budget Management And Negotiation With Vendors And Suppliers.

  • A Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.
