  1. Conduct comprehensive evaluations of mental health programs and services across the state, utilizing a variety of data collection methods and tools.
  2. Analyze and interpret data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for program enhancements.
  3. Collaborate with program managers and other stakeholders to develop and implement evaluation plans.
  4. Create and maintain detailed reports and presentations to communicate evaluation findings and recommendations to various audiences.
  5. Stay up-to-date on current research and best practices in mental health program evaluation to inform evaluation strategies.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to facilitate information sharing and collaboration.
  7. Monitor program outcomes and performance indicators to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  8. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and standards related to mental health program evaluations.
  9. Train and support program staff in data collection and evaluation methods.
  10. Participate in meetings and conferences related to mental health program evaluation and represent the agency in a professional manner.
  11. Continuously assess and improve evaluation processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Uphold the agency's mission and values in all aspects of the job.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  14. Act as a resource and provide expertise on mental health program evaluation to colleagues and other professionals.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the evaluation team and with other departments.

Job Qualifications
  • A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Public Health, Social Work, Psychology, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Program Evaluation, Preferably In A Mental Health Or Public Health Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Mental Health Treatment And Services, Including Evidence-Based Practices And Best Practices.

  • Proficiency In Data Collection And Analysis, Including Experience With Statistical Software And Databases.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, As Well As The Ability To Present Complex Information In A Clear And Concise Manner.
