High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Educational Requirement For A General Maintenance Worker At The State Of Minnesota Is A High School Diploma Or Ged. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Basic Level Of Education And Knowledge.
Previous Experience In Maintenance Or Related Field: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Maintenance Or A Related Field. This Will Demonstrate Their Knowledge And Skills In Handling Various Maintenance Tasks.
