  12. Serve as a resource for program-related inquiries and provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders.
  13. Conduct research and gather data to support program development and decision-making.
  14. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to program operations.
  15. Maintain accurate records and documentation of program activities and progress.
  16. Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
  17. Collaborate with other departments and external partners to promote and expand program reach and impact.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Program Support, Preferably In A Government Agency.

  • Strong Understanding Of State And Federal Regulations Related To Program Management And Administration.

  • Excellent Organizational And Time Management Skills With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software Programs, Such As Project Management Tools And Database Management Systems.
