
Human Resources Specialist

- Develop and implement effective recruitment and selection strategies to attract top talent to the organization.
- Review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and benefits.
- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to continuously improve and streamline HR processes and systems.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in HR to make recommendations for improvements.
- Assist with the annual performance appraisal process and ensure timely completion.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in employee retention and engagement.
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management to address and resolve any employee relations issues.
- Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment initiatives to promote the organization and attract top talent.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations related to employment and HR practices.
- Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to senior management as needed.
- Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all employees and provide exceptional customer service.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Human Resources Or Related Field.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws, Regulations, And Policies.
Ability To Handle Sensitive And Confidential Information With Discretion.
