1. Develop and implement effective recruitment and selection strategies to attract top talent to the organization.
2. Review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
3. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and benefits.
4. Conduct new hire orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
5. Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
7. Collaborate with other HR team members to continuously improve and streamline HR processes and systems.
8. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in HR to make recommendations for improvements.
9. Assist with the annual performance appraisal process and ensure timely completion.
10. Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in employee retention and engagement.
11. Serve as a liaison between employees and management to address and resolve any employee relations issues.
12. Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment initiatives to promote the organization and attract top talent.
13. Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations related to employment and HR practices.
14. Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to senior management as needed.
15. Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all employees and provide exceptional customer service.
