Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and troubleshooting issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with SS&C Technologies services.
- Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations departments, to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify areas for improvement in client portfolio management and make recommendations for change.
- Ensure all clients receive up-to-date information on SS&C Technologies services and activities.
- Monitor customer feedback to inform product and service development.
- Develop and implement client advocacy strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track client interactions and progress.
