6. Train and coach associates on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
7. Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
8. Foster a culture that encourages collaboration, communication, and respect.
9. Address customer complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
10. Partner with other store managers and corporate personnel to ensure successful store operations.
