1. Collaborate with the Design and Production teams to understand the creative direction and vision for Soma Intimates' intimate apparel designs.
2. Assist in creating original artwork and design concepts for new products, ensuring they align with the brand's aesthetic.
3. Conduct research and gather inspiration for design concepts, staying up-to-date with current fashion and design trends.
4. Utilize design software and tools to execute designs and make necessary revisions.
5. Help in the development of technical sketches and specifications for production.
6. Support the production process by creating and maintaining design files, organizing and managing materials, and communicating with manufacturers.
7. Contribute to the overall creative process by providing feedback and ideas for design improvements.
8. Assist in coordinating photoshoots and styling for product images.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all design and production deadlines are met.
10. Continuously strive to improve design skills and stay updated on industry advancements.
11. Maintain a strong understanding of the brand's target market and ensure all designs align with their preferences.
12. Demonstrate a strong attention to detail in all aspects of the design process.
13. Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
