UX/UI Designer

1. Lead the design process for all digital experiences at Sirius XM Radio.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand user requirements and translate them into effective user interface designs.
3. Conduct user research and testing to continually improve user experience.
4. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
5. Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency across all digital platforms.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes and deliver high-quality, innovative designs.
7. Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
8. Present designs and concepts to stakeholders and gather feedback for further improvements.
9. Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
10. Mentor junior designers and assist in their professional development.
11. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design solutions align with business objectives and technical feasibility.
12. Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
13. Continuously gather feedback and iterate on designs to improve user experience.
14. Maintain a strong understanding of user behavior and user needs to inform design decisions.
15. Act as a brand ambassador for Sirius XM Radio, ensuring all designs align with the company's brand guidelines.
