  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to generate revenue and achieve sales targets for enterprise-level clients.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to understand their business needs and effectively sell our solutions.
  3. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure effective communication and alignment of sales efforts.
  5. Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and competition, to effectively articulate the value proposition to clients.
  6. Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiations and closing deals.
  7. Utilize CRM software to track and report on sales activities and progress towards goals.
  8. Continuously monitor and evaluate sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and industry regulations to ensure compliance and ethical business practices.
  11. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote our brand and solutions.
  12. Mentor and train junior sales team members, sharing best practices and providing guidance for their professional development.
  13. Contribute to the development of new sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and success.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record Of Success In Complex Enterprise Sales, With A Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Similar Role.

  • Exceptional Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey The Value Of Servicenow's Products And Services To C-Level Executives.
