Job Description

The Program Manager, Strategic Global Alliances will support key stakeholders to accelerate our partnership with our top global ServiceNow partners.  This collaborative role provides an opportunity for the right candidate to establish strong relationships with a broad set of stakeholders within the Alliances & Channels team and across the partnerships. Take small to large cross-functional programs/projects from original concept through final implementation. Develop detailed program/project execution plan, and manage some implementation processes including key/shared success metrics, progress tracking, reporting, monitoring changes, and regional/global accountability across agreed programs. Manage monthly and quarterly business reviews with internal ServiceNow team and the partners. Translate data into deep insights to lead to strategic decision making with the partner. Develop executive briefing documents that inform our strategic priorities.

Job Qualifications

  • 8+ years of hands-on project management experience
