  1. Develop and maintain deep understanding of ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
  2. Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Provide strategic guidance to clients in aligning their business goals with ServiceNow solutions.
  4. Design custom solutions that meet the unique needs of clients.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver high-quality solutions.
  6. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing the value of ServiceNow solutions.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into solution design and delivery.
  8. Proactively identify and address potential issues or challenges during the solution development and implementation process.
  9. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships and fostering a sense of partnership.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow solutions and provide guidance and support to colleagues.
  11. Travel to client sites as needed to conduct meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and improve processes, tools, and methodologies.
  13. Meet or exceed revenue targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and project progress.
  15. Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other company events.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Computer Science, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In A Client-Facing Role, Preferably In A Consulting Or Advisory Capacity.

  • Strong Understanding Of Itsm And Itom Processes, With Experience Implementing And Configuring Enterprise Software Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget, While Maintaining High Levels Of Customer Satisfaction.
