1. Provide exceptional customer service by actively engaging with clients and understanding their unique beauty needs.
2. Demonstrate strong knowledge of beauty products, services, and trends, and be able to effectively educate and recommend products to clients.
3. Stay up-to-date with current beauty trends and product launches in order to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
4. Create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for clients, and maintain a clean and organized store appearance.
5. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, creating a loyal customer base.
6. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting products and upselling to clients.
7. Actively participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
8. Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and provide support as needed.
9. Handle client inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, handling cash and inventory management.
11. Assist with store events and promotions to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
12. Continuously strive to improve personal and store performance metrics.
13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, reflecting the company's values and brand image.
14. Continuously represent Sephora in a positive light, both in-store and in the community.
15. Uphold Sephora's standards for cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.
