- Demonstrate strong knowledge of beauty products, services, and trends, and be able to effectively educate and recommend products to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with current beauty trends and product launches in order to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
- Create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for clients, and maintain a clean and organized store appearance.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, creating a loyal customer base.
- Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting products and upselling to clients.
- Actively participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and provide support as needed.
- Handle client inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, handling cash and inventory management.
- Assist with store events and promotions to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Continuously strive to improve personal and store performance metrics.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, reflecting the company's values and brand image.
- Continuously represent Sephora in a positive light, both in-store and in the community.
- Uphold Sephora's standards for cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.
Knowledge Of Beauty Products: A Beauty Advisor At Sephora Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Different Beauty Products, Including Makeup, Skincare, And Haircare, And Be Able To Provide Expert Recommendations To Clients.
Excellent Customer Service Skills: Sephora Places A High Value On Providing Exceptional Customer Service, So A Beauty Advisor Should Have Excellent Communication Skills, Be Friendly And Approachable, And Be Able To Build Strong Relationships With Clients.
