  1. Develop and implement quality improvement processes and initiatives to ensure high-quality care delivery to patients.
  2. Oversee and manage all aspects of the Quality Management department, including personnel, budget, and resources.
  3. Collaborate with department heads and staff to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any quality issues.
  4. Monitor and analyze data related to patient outcomes, customer satisfaction, and quality measures to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  5. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations and agencies to stay current on industry best practices and standards.
  7. Lead and facilitate performance improvement teams and committees to drive quality improvement initiatives.
  8. Train and educate staff on quality improvement processes and tools, including root cause analysis and data analysis.
  9. Prepare and present reports on quality improvement initiatives and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.
  10. Proactively identify and address potential quality issues or risks and work with appropriate stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies.
  11. Foster a culture of continuous quality improvement by promoting accountability, teamwork, and open communication.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations related to quality management and implement necessary changes in processes and policies.
  13. Represent the organization in quality-related meetings, conferences, and events.
  14. Provide guidance and support to staff in maintaining a safe and high-quality environment for patients, employees, and visitors.
  15. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Quality Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Quality Management Roles, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Accreditation Standards, Such As Joint Commission And Cms.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Abilities, With A Track Record Of Implementing Quality Improvement Initiatives.
