Responsibilities: • Develop a thorough understanding of beauty products and services and be able to provide knowledgeable advice to customers • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience • Greet customers warmly, assist them in finding the right products and services, and answer any questions they may have • Ensure the beauty department is properly stocked and organized • Assist in setting up displays and promotional materials • Process payments and complete transactions • Track inventory and restock shelves as needed • Stay up to date on trends and new products • Provide excellent customer service and address any customer complaints or concerns • Handle returns and exchanges in a professional manner • Maintain a clean and organized work area
