Job Description

Schlotzsky’s is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Business Analyst to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about technology and business, and has the know-how to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a similar role, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field. Extensive experience in software development, database design and business intelligence solutions is also required. We want an individual who is a creative problem-solver, has strong communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to work independently with limited supervision.If you have an eye for detail and are eager to join a dynamic and innovative team, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze business requirements and deliver technical solutions that meet customer needs
  2. Develop and maintain software applications and databases
  3. Design and develop business intelligence solutions
  4. Troubleshoot software issues and provide technical support
  5. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions
  6. Monitor performance of existing systems and recommend improvements
  7. Develop and document system processes and workflows
  8. Assist in the testing and implementation of new systems
  9. Create and maintain technical documentation
  10. Provide guidance and support to other IT team members
