Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Finance Or Accounting, Preferably In A Consulting Or Professional Services Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Processes And Systems, Including Financial Planning And Analysis, Budgeting, And Financial Reporting.
Demonstrated Experience In Process Improvement And Optimization, With A Focus On Identifying And Implementing Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Information To Clients.
