  1. Develop and implement training programs for the patient support services team to ensure that they have the necessary knowledge and skills to provide exceptional support to patients.
  2. Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and videos, that effectively communicate complex healthcare concepts to team members.
  3. Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing team members to ensure they are up to date on industry regulations, policies, and procedures.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop customized training programs to address those needs.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to continuously improve the quality of training.
  6. Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in the healthcare industry and incorporate them into training programs to ensure team members are knowledgeable and well-equipped to provide support to patients.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert for the patient support services team, providing guidance and support on complex healthcare topics.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure training programs are aligned with organizational goals and industry standards.
  9. Provide support and coaching to team members to help them apply their training in real-life situations.
  10. Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and implement strategies to improve patient support services and enhance the overall patient experience.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to patient support services training.
  12. Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in the healthcare industry and make recommendations for incorporating them into training programs.
  13. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the patient support services team.
  14. Manage and mentor a team of trainers to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to deliver effective training.
  15. Continuously assess and improve the training process to enhance its efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Patient Support Services: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Patient Support Services, Including Reimbursement Support, Patient Assistance Programs, And Patient Education. They Should Also Have Experience In Training And Implementing These Services Within A Healthcare System.

  • Strong Training And Facilitation Skills: As A System Trainer, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Developing And Delivering Training Programs To Educate Healthcare Professionals And Patients On Sanofi's Patient Support Services. Therefore, They Should Possess Excellent Presentation And Facilitation Skills, And The Ability To Engage And Educate Diverse Audiences.

  • Experience In Project Management: The Associate Director Will Be Responsible For Managing Multiple Projects, Including Training Initiatives And System Implementations. A Strong Background In Project Management, Including Planning, Execution, And Evaluation, Is Essential For Success In This Role.

  • Familiarity With Healthcare Systems And Technology: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Healthcare Systems And Technology, Including Electronic Medical Records And Patient Management Systems. They Should Also Be Proficient In Microsoft Office And Other Training Software.
