Pharmacist Manager

The ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.We are looking for an individual with a PharmD degree or equivalent and a valid pharmacist license in the state. The successful candidate should have experience managing pharmacy operations, including staff management, inventory, customer service, and adherence to state and federal regulations. The Pharmacist Manager should have the ability to work collaboratively with the team and be able to take on additional roles and responsibilities as needed. We are looking for an individual with a high level of integrity and professionalism who is motivated to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities of a Pharmacist Manager:

• Ensure pharmacy operations are running smoothly and efficiently • Manage staff, inventory, customer service, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations • Oversee and direct pharmacy operations to ensure customer satisfaction • Train and mentor pharmacy staff to ensure superior customer service • Monitor and maintain pharmacy inventory levels to meet customer needs • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure best practices • Monitor and evaluate medication use and patient care services to ensure safety and effectiveness • Document and review patient profiles to ensure accuracy and compliance • Develop and manage budgets and financial goals for the pharmacy • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including pharmacists, physicians, and insurance providers
