- Design and implement wireless network infrastructure for Salesforce, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Monitor and maintain the health of the wireless network, proactively identifying and resolving any issues.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in wireless technology and make recommendations for incorporating them into the network.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network problems in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain network documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Work closely with vendors to evaluate new products and technologies and provide recommendations for their implementation.
- Communicate with stakeholders and management on network performance, issues, and future plans.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical network issues.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in network design and processes and implement solutions to enhance the overall network performance.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working With Wireless Networking Technologies, Such As Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, And Cellular Networks.
Extensive Knowledge Of Network Protocols And Security Standards, Including Tcp/Ip, Dns, And Wpa2.
Hands-On Experience With Wireless Networking Equipment, Such As Access Points, Routers, And Switches.
Strong Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Skills, With The Ability To Quickly Identify And Resolve Complex Network Issues.
