  1. Provide exceptional technical support to clients using Salesforce products.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients, utilizing various tools and resources.
  3. Proactively identify and offer solutions to optimize clients' experience with Salesforce products.
  4. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their technical issues and provide timely and accurate resolutions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve product functionality.
  6. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering top-notch customer service.
  7. Continuously expand technical knowledge and stay up-to-date on Salesforce products and updates.
  8. Document and track all support cases and resolutions in a timely and accurate manner.
  9. Identify trends and patterns in technical issues and provide feedback to the product development team.
  10. Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 technical support to clients.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical guidance and training to other team members.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of client information.
  13. Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards clients and colleagues at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field

  • 3-5 Years Of Experience In Technical Support Or Customer Service In A Software Or Technology Company

  • Strong Understanding Of Cloud-Based Technologies And Services, Such As Saas, Paas, And Iaas

  • Experience Troubleshooting And Resolving Technical Issues In A Timely And Efficient Manner

  • Excellent Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Explain Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Customers And Colleagues.
