As an experienced Senior Analyst for Global Incentive Compensation at Salesforce, you will be instrumental in leveraging your strategic vision and operational excellence to drive the success of our Incentive Compensation program. You will be responsible for the overall design, development, and implementation of the program, and for providing guidance and training to ensure compliance with all related policies and procedures.We are looking for a highly motivated professional with a proven track record of success in global incentive compensation and a passion for driving results.
