
Director Product Marketing, Slack

- Develop and implement a comprehensive product marketing strategy for Slack's product offerings at Salesforce.
- Lead a team of marketers to execute on the product marketing strategy and drive growth for the Slack brand within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and support for product marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Develop product positioning and messaging that effectively communicates the value and differentiation of Slack's products within the Salesforce platform.
- Create and manage go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases, including developing marketing campaigns, messaging, and sales enablement materials.
- Monitor and analyze product performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Slack within the Salesforce community, building relationships and driving awareness and adoption of the product.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute account-based marketing strategies to drive pipeline and revenue.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in product marketing, and continuously drive innovation and improvement within the team.
Minimum 10 Years Of Experience In Product Marketing, Preferably In The Software/Technology Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Driving Product Marketing Strategy.
Strong Understanding Of The Saas Market And Experience In Developing Go-To-Market Plans For Enterprise-Level Products.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Sales, Product, And Executive Teams.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field. Mba Or Other Relevant Advanced Degree Is A Plus.
