2. Install, configure, and troubleshoot VMware products and solutions.
3. Collaborate with team members to design and implement virtualization solutions that meet client needs.
4. Develop and maintain documentation of virtualized environments, processes, and procedures.
5. Provide technical support and guidance to clients on VMware-related issues and escalations.
