  1. Provide technical support and expertise to SAIC employees, troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues.
  2. Monitor and maintain the functionality and security of all SAIC systems, including hardware, software, and networks.
  3. Serve as a senior member of the IT support team, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions that improve efficiency and productivity.
  5. Respond promptly and professionally to employee inquiries and requests for technical assistance.
  6. Conduct regular maintenance and updates on systems to ensure optimal performance.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve SAIC's IT infrastructure.
  8. Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials for employees.
  9. Assist with the procurement and setup of new hardware and software for SAIC employees.
  10. Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset in all interactions with employees.
