- Evaluate and analyze current warehouse processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Design and implement new warehouse layouts, processes, and systems to optimize space utilization and reduce costs.
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and eliminate waste in the warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, logistics, and supply chain to implement process improvements and ensure seamless execution.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Utilize data analysis and statistical methods to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and warehouse staff on best practices and process improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in warehouse technology to continuously improve operations and processes.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate their requirements in the design and implementation of warehouse solutions.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented improvements and make adjustments as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Industrial Engineering Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Warehouse Operations And Process Improvement
Proficient In Warehouse Management Systems And Data Analysis Tools
Strong Project Management Skills With A Proven Track Record Of Implementing Successful Process Improvements
Excellent Communication And Leadership Abilities, With Experience In Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Relationships With Stakeholders.
