  1. Develop and implement employee relations strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and values.
  2. Serve as a trusted advisor and resource for managers and employees on all employee relations issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  3. Conduct investigations into employee complaints and concerns, ensuring a fair and unbiased process.
  4. Review and revise company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  5. Provide guidance and support to managers in effectively managing employee performance and addressing performance issues.
  6. Collaborate with HR team members to ensure consistency and fairness in employee relations practices.
  7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in employee relations and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  8. Coach and train managers on effective communication and conflict resolution techniques.
  9. Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and activities to create a positive and inclusive work culture.
  10. Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations records and documentation.
  11. Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  12. Develop and deliver presentations and training programs related to employee relations.
  13. Collaborate with legal counsel as needed to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  14. Monitor and report on employee relations metrics to measure the effectiveness of employee relations initiatives.
  15. Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders to promote a positive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations Or Hr Business Partner Role.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Labor Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Experience Conducting Investigations, Managing Employee Complaints, And Developing Strategies To Improve Employee Engagement And Retention.
