  1. Develop and implement effective strategies for promoting positive employee relations within the organization.
  2. Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding workplace conflicts, grievances, and other employee relations issues.
  3. Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and conflicts, ensuring fairness and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  4. Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  5. Develop and deliver training programs on effective communication, conflict resolution, and other relevant topics to enhance employee relations and promote a positive work culture.
  6. Stay informed about current employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate potential legal issues.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, legal, and management, to address complex employee relations issues and develop solutions.
  8. Proactively identify and address potential employee relations issues, working to prevent escalations and maintain a harmonious work environment.
  9. Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations records and documentation.
  10. Continuously assess and improve employee relations processes and procedures to support a positive and inclusive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations, Preferably In A Large Organization Or In The Transportation Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Local, State, And Federal Employment Laws And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Proven Experience In Conflict Resolution And Managing Difficult Employee Situations.
