- Manage and maintain relationships with assigned clients, acting as the main point of contact for all account-related matters.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow existing client accounts and attract new business opportunities.
- Understand and anticipate client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their supply chain requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services to clients.
- Conduct regular account reviews and provide timely and accurate reporting to clients.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives within client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
- Represent Ryder System in a professional and positive manner at industry events and conferences.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service delivery.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Account Management Or Sales Within The Transportation Or Logistics Industry.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Crm Software, With The Ability To Analyze Data And Create Reports.
Excellent Time Management And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Accounts And Projects Simultaneously.
