Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as Senior Academic Program Coordinator at Rutgers University. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing innovative academic programs that support the University's mission and academic vision. You will be expected to collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and implement new initiatives that enhance the overall student experience.In order to be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience in an academic program coordination/management role. You must possess excellent organizational and communication skills, strong problem-solving ability, and demonstrated success in developing and managing innovative academic programs. Additionally, you must be a self-starter with a positive attitude and an aptitude for collaboration.
